Miniature & Sea is a short run object based release with associative packaging. This composition was produced from the manipulation of mechanical music boxes along with audio gathered from an optical film reader. Each cd is housed in a metal tin with an individually altered music box, acrylic framed title, numbered insert,, miniature photocopy collage, piece of optical film, & bubble wrap. Each one of these limited pieces is a unique instrument, as each homemade music box was disassembled and altered differently to produce entirely different musical results.
